Whether your back on the work grind, or still on holiday, make sure you check out this summer overnight oats recipe using our Just Greek yoghurt *drool*. Perfect to make the night before work, or to surprise the family with a tasty brekkie.
Alrighty, youll need…
1c Greek Yoghurt
1/4c coconut chips
2T chia seeds
Pinch of salt
Now all you need to do is…
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir thoroughly and place in the fridge overnight for liquid to be absorbed.
2. Remove from the fridge the following morning and give the mixture another good stir.
3. Spoon into serving bowls and top with a generous serving of Greek Yoghurt and your favourite summer fruits.
